SOM Cohorts

We have carefully designed cohort experiences for movement builders and funders and investors to move through four Areas of Exploration in community and dive deeply into their own relationship to money, find alignment across their values and actions, and regain their power to choose a more liberatory path forward.

Areas of Exploration

We use a combination of contemplative and somatic practices to explore our feelings and emotions that arise across SOM’s four Areas of Exploration.

  • We focus on our own emotional healing so that we can recognize and process our feelings and emotions related to money, and respond from a grounded place instead of reacting to them.

    We'll use somatic practices, including Breathwork and Reiki, to tap into the wisdom of our bodies and spirits and explore where our stories related to money originate. We'll begin to understand and process how our ancestral lineage shapes our current feelings towards money and reimagine how we want to guide our descendents.

  • When we listen to and allow ourselves to be guided by the inherent wisdom of our bodies and spirits, we are more able to align our values with our actions.

    We'll use somatic practices, including Breathwork and Reiki, to tap into the wisdom of our bodies and spirits and explore our enoughness, what our needs are, what our wants are, and the empowerment we experience when we find alignment with our approaches to money.

  • We tap into our imaginations to see and adopt ways of being beyond the restrictive boxes that center money and into a world beyond extraction where all beings are free and loved.

    We’ll use somatics practices to explore the dreams you have for yourself and vision what is possible beyond our current social constructs - the world that you want to see, the world that we need, the world that is to come.

  • We integrate new somatic practices to support self-regulation and embodiment of our visions and dreams while creating plans to take steps to apply them into our everyday lives, personally and professionally.

    We’ll provide specific somatic practices that support self-regulation to better respond to and navigate in the outer world, as well as determine the capacity-building needed to practically achieve our dreams and visions.
